Entry Period 

• Starts: February 19th, 2026, at 11:00 AM PST 
• Ends: March 5th, 2026, at 11:59 PM PST. 
• Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeper. 

Eligibility 

Open to legal residents of, and physically residing in, either the United States (including D.C.) or Canada who are 18+ at the time of entry. Not open to employees/officers/directors/agents of Sponsor and its affiliates/subsidiaries, or members of their immediate family/household. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Canadian residents must correctly answer a skill-testing question to be eligible to win. 

How to Enter (Instagram)  

During the Entry Period: 

1. Like the official collaboration Sweepstakes post on Instagram (posted as a collaboration between @mustangsurvival and @nootkamarineadventures). 
2. Follow @mustangsurvival and @nootkamarineadventures on Instagram.
3. Comment on the post and tag at least one (1) person.

One (1) tagged person equals one (1) entry. Limit ten (10) entries per person during the Entry Period regardless of entry method. Entrant must have a public Instagram account at time of entry and winner selection. Entrants must be following the required accounts at the time of winner selection and verification. Comments/posts are public. 

Entries generated by script, bot, macro, or other automated means are void. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant using multiple accounts or fraudulent methods. 

Sponsor may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, does not meet these rules, or is inconsistent with the intent/spirit of the Sweepstakes. 

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without Instagram, email cxteam@mustangsurvival.com with subject “Angler’s Escape Entry” and include full name, country, and email/phone by March 5th, 2026, at 11:59 PM PST. Each email submission counts as one (1) entry. Limit ten (10) entries per person during the Entry Period regardless of entry method. 

Winner(s): 

One winner (the entrant/commenter) wins a prize package for two (2) people. Guest will be selected by the winner.

Prize(s): 

3 night fishing trip with Nootka Marine Adventures at Moutcha Bay Resort for two (2) people. The trip includes: 

• Accommodation: 3 nights in a Signature Cedar Yurt 
• 2 x full days fully guided fishing  
• Round trip airfare for 2 travelers (Economy class) up to a maximum spend of $1500 CDN. Airfare will be booked by Sponsor/prize provider OR reimbursed upon submission of receipts (Sponsor’s choice). Airfare does not include baggage fees, seat upgrades, travel insurance, or other incidental costs unless expressly stated.

• 2 x Taku Waterproof Bibs (or equivalent)

Prize has no cash value. Winner is not required to post or share content as a condition of winning. Winner will only be contacted by @mustangsurvival and/or cxteam@mustangsurvival.com. Winner must provide a valid mailing address for delivery of gear items. Sponsor will cover standard shipping for gear items. 

Travel must be completed by March 31st, 2027, unless otherwise agreed by Sponsor/prize provider. Dates are subject to availability and blackout periods. Winner and guest must be 18+ and are responsible for having valid travel documents (including passports, if required). If winner/guest cannot travel as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Prize provider is not responsible for changes, cancellations, or availability beyond its control. 

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $11,000 CAD 

No transfer or substitution except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Prize includes only items listed; all other expenses are winner’s responsibility. 

Winner Selection / Odds 

Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawing Date: on or about March 9th, 2026. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. 

Winner Notification / Verification 

Canadian Skill-Testing Question: If a selected winner is a resident of Canada, they must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind (whether mechanical, electronic, or otherwise), a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by Sponsor as a condition of being declared a winner and receiving the prize. If the selected winner does not correctly answer, they may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. 

Potential winner(s) will be notified by Instagram DM from @mustangsurvival or return email from cxteam@mustangsurvival.com (in the case of an AMOE winner) within approximately 72 hours after selection. Winner must respond within 72 hours (or as stated in the DM) or may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. 

Sponsor may require completion/return of eligibility, liability/publicity releases (where legal), and/or tax forms (“Winner Documents”). Sponsor will never ask for payment or credit card information to claim a prize. 

Taxes 

Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes. Sponsor may issue required tax forms and may require winner’s SSN/Taxpayer ID where legally required. 

Publicity 

Except where prohibited, acceptance of prize allows Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, voice, and Instagram handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation. 

Release of Liability 

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Mustang Survival Mfg., Inc., Instagram, Nootka Marine Adventures, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, “Releasees”) from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to: (a) participation in the Sweepstakes; (b) acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; or (c) any Sweepstakes-related activity, including travel or participation in prize-related activities. 

Releasees are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or communications; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to network or system outages, platform errors, or Instagram account settings; or (iii) any other errors or issues that may affect the administration, security, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. 

Sponsor Rights 

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or other factors impair fairness or integrity. If ended early, Sponsor may award prize from eligible entries received prior to termination. 

Disputes / Choice of Law 

Disputes must be resolved individually (no class actions). Venue shall be state/federal courts located in California. Rules governed by California law (without regard to conflict-of-law rules). 

Privacy 

Information collected will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and award prizes, per Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

To request the winner's name(s), email cxteam@mustangsurvival.com with subject “Winner List – ANGLER’S ESCAPE” by March 12th, 2026. Sponsor will provide winner’s first name, last initial, and state/province upon request.
