There is no minimum order quantity for team orders that do not require branding. If you do need embellishment, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 5 pieces.
Not all of our products can be branded due to material limitations or regulatory restrictions (for example, some PFDs). Please see the selection of product available for branding. Our team will work with you to find the right items and advise where branding is possible.
We offer heat transfer branding on select products, available in all colours. Some items may also support screen printing; however, colour options for screen printing are typically limited to white, black, and gold. Branding availability depends on the item, and our team will guide you through the best options for your order.
For bulk orders without branding, lead times are typically very fast — sometimes within a few days, depending on product availability. If your order includes branding, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.
For best print quality, we require logo artwork in editable vector format. Preferred file types include: .ai, .pdf, .psd, .eps, and .svg.
Volume discounts may be available depending on the size of your order. Please reach out to our team for a custom quote.
Non-branded items follow our standard return and exchange policy. However, branded or customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Our team is happy to assist with sizing and product selection ahead of time to ensure you’re confident in your order.
