"Great product and the customer service"
"I was looking for a CG approved PFD for sailing dinghies and keel boats. Other sailors recommended this one for its storage and front zip design. I've been very happy with it. I'm between sizes the large fits, but the straps are quite long and flap about in moderate winds. I plan to shorten the straps."
"It's a great PFD, very comfortable except for the right shoulder strap constantly rubbing my neck. It's irritating. It also does not fit well with the seat back of my kayaks. Not my favorite for paddling."
"Love it"
"This vest properly adjusted fits very well. It looks to be of good quality. The pockets are a good size to keep small survival supplies."
"Love this PFD. Great clearance around arms/shoulders so no movements are hindered kayaking/on SUP or canoeing. Great for a cold day on the water for work! One of the best hidden assets... the pockets for warming up hands! I work as a guide in the polar regions and this PFD has pockets for a VHF and other equipment. Happy little bonus when I received my PFD... whistle already attached on a lanyard in one of the pockets. Extremely comfortable, great adjustments and fits perfectly. Definitely a winner!"
"Started my sailing course today and we did some capsize training which meant I got to spend time in the water. Was comfortable but tended to rise up on the body quite a bit in the water. I had first bought a Gill PFD but it was too small but even so I am sure if I lifted my arms straight up I would have slip right out of it. I tried to return it to GILL but they had drop shipped to Caanada from the UK Return shipping was almost the price of the PFD. I like the Mustang better seems to have more adjustment and easier to put on with front zip. Feels a bit bulky and still have the tendency to want slip out from under. Still seems a bit of a problem with the Mustang but not so much.Perhaps leg straps might have been an idea? Did not seem to be in the way in the boat. I am normal build 150 lbs and 5 ft 6". 40" chest.Tightening lower straps migh help it riding up in the water and it has more adjustment range than the Gill. Was able to swim wearing it ok. I will probably also use in a Kiak. Overall I am happy with it."
"Love my new PFD, particularly the front zip entrance instead of over the head and side clips! Pockets are never big enough for radios or cell phones. They fit but it is a tight fit with a waterproof case on.. Otherwise, nice weight, not too bulky for kayaking."
"Excellent fit and comfort. The profile is just right for paddling. Top quality materials. The only thing I would change is make the radio pouch a little bigger."
