Unzipped on my daughter

"We experienced a near drowning when my daughter was unable to remove the strap from her knee board. Thankfully, I was able to remove her quickly and it was only a “close call” that we could learn from and analyze. We really like this PFD and it is sized appropriately for her weight wise (she is 11) but after, I had noticed that her PFD unzipped almost completely off as a result of her thrashing around and trying to get unstuck from her knee board. Definitely a huge safety concern of mine and I will be looking for a PFD with buckles after this."

Great for a stocky kid

"I was having a very difficult time find a life jacket for my 9 year old who is 100 pounds. The child or youth where to small, and a mens small was difficult to find and to long. This is a perfect fit. It hits all the checks for us as he will fish, kayak and tube behind the boat. Worth the money !"
