The Hydrostatic Inflator Technology (HIT) offers reliable inflation in a low maintenance design that will only automatically inflate when submerged in 4'' or more of water pressure and not inadvertently due to rain, spray or humidity. Exclusive to Mustang Survival in North America and maintenance-free for 5 years from the date of manufacture or until inflated. Made for the most severe marine environments the HIT Inflatable PFD will meet the challenges of the most demanding users. It also features the patented SecureZip™ closure system to ensure the PFD will stay closed during even the most rigorous activity and still opens effortlessly upon inflation. This lightweight and comfortable PFD can be worn over a t-shirt on warm days or over thicker garments in colder conditions. It is low profile and allows for maximum mobility.

"The time-dated PFD safety device arrived almost two years into it's useful life before expiration. I complained about this, was told they don't even track expiration dates in their system, and was told I would be sent an RMA number. Weeks later, I am still waiting for that RMA number. "Love what Mustang is doing and it’s approche on safety. I do appreciate my new Inflatable PFD with Sailing Harness. As a sailor that like the cold water of the StLawrence River I have experienced a scary situation that could have resulted in a bad ending. When partially over bord with a inexperienced crew of friends. Would have been not good for myself to hit the water. So for this trip back on the see this fall I really appreciate the confort, the fit and really important the all ready there and ready harness. It’s a piece of mind knowing that I can be safe, protected and don’t feel obstructed. Love it and will had some more for my visitors. Thank you for the special, it make it more accessible."

"Hi. I am a big boy . 6'0" and 330 pounds. I am not your tipical client and even though your inflatable pfd does fit me and is ok, longer shoulder straps would allow the pfd to rest a little lower on the front. This being said, I and already verry happy that your equipment does fit me."
