Enough buoyancy to give you price Of mind and if you really get in an emergency situation the option inflation is there to really save your bacon. One size seems to work well and fit a wide range of sailors. Love it for the most part. The pocket is slightly to small. I would increase the size slightly to make it more useful. Thanks for a great innovative product."
